Delivering the final piece of
the Brentford Community
Stadium Masterplan

Welcome

Welcome to our consultation website for the final phase of the Brentford Community Stadium project.

EcoWorld London plan to deliver 294 homes (of which 58 are affordable housing) and a public play space at Duffy. The site received outline planning permission in 2014 as part of the wider Brentford Community Stadium Masterplan.

The football stadium is now fully operational and hosts Brentford Football Club. There is also a Community Stadium Hub, delivering a range of educational programmes, community sessions and workshops.

We prepared and consulted on a detailed design for the Duffy site in 2018, before submitting a planning application to the London Borough of Hounslow in 2019.

The 2019 application, which remains under consideration by the London Borough of Hounslow, is being updated to reflect the latest guidance and building regulations. We are aiming to submit amended drawings and reports to the council in Summer 2025.

We are keen to secure a planning approval during 2025 so we can build the final phase of the masterplan.

We have created this website to provide an update on progress, outline next steps and opportunities to participate.

13 May – West London Chambers of Commerce

Thank you to the West London Chambers of Commerce for allowing us to present the Duffy proposals at their West London Regeneration Conference last week.

The conference followed our in person drop-in event on site on the 6th May to update the community and it was great to discuss our ongoing investment plans in this part of London.

You can view the material displayed at both events here and contact the team with any questions here.
